Description: Veg thali is a term used to refer to an Indian style meal made up of various vegetarian dishes which are served on a platter. On many occasions and in many communities, it is required that the meal be cooked without onion and garlic. Check out the video for a timed sequence of cooking (using primarily only 2 burners on a gas stove) Please follow the tips and sequence of things done to ensure that you cook in 60 minutes. The ingredient list below is for 3 thalis.
